After First Use
Choose The Next Work From Evidence

- Where Work Still StallsThe next missing owner, record, rule or habit.
- Who Is ReadyA client owner who can validate the next result.
People & Decisions
Who Shapes And Approves The Work
- Robert · Engagement LeadLeads the overall engagement and retains final scope and commitments; the BH Tech team prepares the work.
- Client OwnersValidate the inputs, check the result against the agreed evidence and approve any next scope.
- SpecialistsDefine their own part of the work within the agreed scope.
Ongoing licensed access and support are separate from new development. Each new development scope names its own deliverable and acceptance.
Both Foundations, Only What The Result Needs
The facts the first result relies on: inquiries, jobs, documents or activity.
The definitions, procedures, roles and rules that say what those facts mean and what happens next.
